During week 6, students in Years 10, 11, and 12 attended an information session on career opportunities at BlueScope.

Mr Andrew Stirling, Senior Human Resource Manager, BlueScope, and Annabelle Meek, a 2022 graduate from Smiths’ Hill High School and a recipient of BlueScope Cadetship, gave insight into various career opportunities with STEM at BlueScope. 

Annabelle shared her experience as a cadet at BlueScope, the cadetship application process, and how she balances her time between her studies at UOW and work at BlueScope. Annabelle also gave suggestions to Year 10 students about subject choices for Year 11.
