How to Reset Your Password

1. Open a browser (Google Chrome is best) and browse to

https://smithshill-h.sentral.com.au/auth/portal?action=reset_password

2. Click on the red-coloured link at the bottom of the login window which says ‘Forgot Password?' as shown below.

3. Enter your username, which is the email address you used to create your account,in the space provided

4. Click on the ‘Send' button, as shown below.

5. Check your inbox. You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password.
