As part of the ‘What is History’ unit in Year 7 History, Gipps students are investigating Archaeology and what archaeologists do and how they do it. After watching a short clip on how archaeologists excavate fossils from the matrix, they endeavoured to practice these skills on choc chip cookies…with outstanding success!
