On Tuesday, 1st June, Year 11 Biologists got to enjoy a warm, sunny start to winter in one of the best classrooms - outdoors! Sampling and collecting data on the Minnamurra Mangroves ecosystem is a great way for the students to be immersed actively with the ecology section of the Biology Syllabus.
Thank you to the staff at IEEC (Illawarra Environment Education Centre) for making this day relevant and engaging, and the amazing students who made the day so pleasant!
